Your Phypoe inherited this talent from Poe during its evolution. It will be changed after you use rune gems.

Your phypoe must have learned fire barrier when it was just a Poe. Abillities can not be changed depending on evolution, it just stays as the abbility from before but cannot be learned again after changing his old abbility.
P.S. Its Psycoe BTW
