Draconius does not learn "wild fire"

Dear gm.. My Dragonius reach 34 level few day ago.. Regarding to monster detail.. Its will learn a skill call "wild fire"..My Dragonius seem no learn the last skill call "wild fire".. Can you please check the problem for me please?

Happened to me also.. It is because you replaced the third slot(blinding smoke). Your Draco will not learn wild fire

However, there is a skill book called Wild Fire that you can get to replace what you've lost.
