'Check Internet Connectivity' Bug

My friend recently lost 9 runes he was saving up from this bug. Another lost a lot of gold coins in the prize wheel. My friend's username is FrozenFire and he is unfamiliar with the boards so he asked me to post this thread.

Basically, he changed the skill of his Cygness once but right after the window that says ' Check Internet Connectivity' popped up and when he clicked on the 'Ok' button, the runes just started being used up - consecutively without his consent. He lost all 9 runes he has been saving and he did contact support but the reply he got was 'Everything seems to be okay, there were no problems.' (or something along those lines).

A similar issue happened to another buddy before - where after clicking re-spin in the prize wheel, the message popped up and after clicking 'Ok', the wheel just started re-spinning itself and he lost a chunk of his gold.

Can any of the support staff look into this - please?
As I said, my friend (FrozenFire) already contacted support but their reply was dismissive of the subject and didn't really tackle the bug that happened.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: 'Check Internet Connectivity' Bug

I got a similar problem. I spinned the wheel and got the ultimate rune but i lost the connectivity when I opened the game again I didn't receive the rune so I contacted the support that they replied that I had used it with my monster. It made me feel like they said that I lied! and when I replied that I used the ones that I had in my bag and I'm 100% sure that I didn't get it. They replied "When you play the game please make sure the network connection is well, otherwise you will be unable to get ur rewards" To be honest, i"m not upset at all that I didn't get the reward but I'm upset the their answers.

They save our data on their server, my guess is, for a day or two,

They can retrieve any data they want. My family co-owns a online game company, Gaia online, in case you have heard of it. So I know as a fact, they can look into player's account and see exactly what happened.

So I guess they don't want to

That's not it, pizy.
I know they can check the log but they don't know which of those were caused by bugs, etc.
They have to be notified of which ones were caused by glitches/bugs, etc.

I guess that's probably true.

But you never know
