Easter coin sale

I was waiting for this sale to buy some coins, I finally purchased my coins, but they didn't get added to my account. I have checked my bank and the money has been take out.

This means you took my money and I got no coins. Sale? Not a very good one. £13.99 down the drain.

Before I bought for 45€, I used my last Money to respin 2-3 times.
I choosed 1x 0,89€ but they took 3x0,89€ from my Account and don't add the coins to my Account!!!
