Purchase Coin Bug
I know a few others are having the same problem. We are not receiving our purchased coins even though our payment has been deducted.
I recently bought a coin package but I didn't get any of the coins nor did I get the usual e-mail saying 'thank you for buying...'
I checked my balance and the money has been deducted from my account.
If I need to be more specific about how much I spent, when and exactly what happened, I will be. However, I have already sent a report to the support staff.
It is PARAMOUNT that Haypi employs even at LEAST 1 support staff during the weekends. You can't expect to have a coin sale and not have that - especially if the coin sale has 2 of its 3 days as Saturday and Sunday.
We need to have a quicker response than what is happening now.
