Rain prayer

Did you guys notice that when the weather is raining plant type skills also decreases its damage... Correct me if I'm wrong the description is only fire and earth type monsters should be weaken,,,,
I try it lots of times my smiter has a mystery talent force II
I try to attack a pewgway in a normal weather and the damage that pewgway receive is like 60% so in my next attack pewgway should be dead but when pewgway activated the rain prayer pewgway only receive 30% damage how did that happen I try it 10 times same result...

Is the description about rain prayer is wrong or you guys made a mess again

Plant and fire skills are supposed to be halved during rain. And if you noticed, while it does look like earth moves are weakened during rain, the actual damage of earth skills isn't changed at all during rain. It fact they changed the description, it does say plant and fire skills are weakened instead of fire and earth.
