Vet/Exp challenges reset

Hi, the game just refreshed to a new day while I was still completing ladder. After I completed ladder, the daily quest completed for ladder challenge and the simple crystal block daily quest completed. I should have earned the 3 challenge cards but however the game crashed on reset and I was left with the default 5 challenges a day. My 10 simple crystal block which was used for the daily quest disappeared and I did not earn any challenge card. I was left with only 5 daily default challenges and the quests did not reappear on the daily task. Please look into it and if possible refund the 3 challenge cards for today. Much appreciated. Thanks.

The challenge cards are not actual items that end up in your bag. They are simply challenge attempts that are automatically added to that day's challenges.

Yes i know. But the challenge attempts are not added into the original 5 daily that I had. It got reset back to 5 when i completed the daily task before the refresh of a new day and the game crashed which leads me clearing the quest but not getting any additional challenge attempts from the completed quests.
