Weather Effects Bug- Scorching

Hi,

The effect of weather should affect skills whether or not the monster is a plant or fire or not right? When I was in Ice Map, the scorching weather worked fine because my Lupa got boost on its plant skill. However in Volcano, when Escarglow activated the scorching weather, my ice and water skills' damage were reduced on Crusty and Lupa but the plant and fire skills did not get an increase.

Please investigate.

I have a bug too
Scorching onl powers up Fire Attacks of Fire monsters but not Fire Attacks of Lupa or other Monsters that have not the Fire Element.
The Same with Plant Attacks which are not powered up too!
