Dear Moderator

Dear Moderators,

Do you read these forums?? I rarely see responses from you guys. I know my threads havent been getting any replies and if so not satisfying anwsers. Another thing is that I've sent in some where between 4-6 support tickets, some as many as more than a week ago and I havent gotten a reply to any of them. What is going on? You Facebook is always so active with new info but these forums seem vacant of your presence.

What about the support tickets?


Hello,

We have looked into this issue but could not find your support tickets. None have been received from the account Muskrat through Menu > Help > Support. Can you tell me what medium the tickets were sent through? If it was through email to monstersupport@haypi.com, please tell your email address to Vicky (Support7 on the forums).

All the tickets I sent in were through the in game help/support method. Is this method invalid??

Hello Muskrat,
Sorry there was a mistake, I searched for Muskrat on the wrong server. I see all your server 16 tickets and that they have been answered, including the one sent on Mar. 5th, 2013. Have you seen the replies?

If you sent a ticket in-game, Support will reply in-game. If your mailbox was full, then the letters could not reach you.

Yeah that's not a problem either I keep my mailbox clear... Can I possibly get the messages sent to me again. It would mean a lot to me.

hi there, I believe if you sent the inquiry via in-game support section, then the replies will be sent to your in-game mailbox. Could you please kindly check there and confirm?
