No Guard bug and possibly gem activate bug

After the update that suppose to fix No Guard and Seduce they are both now bug and worse than before

Mind Bending always hit twice with No Guard no matter what and Seduce with No Guard does not work at all even the massage say no damage it still hurts

And after I found out I tried to change the talent and use ultimate rune gem 1st time it said No Guard activated , fine that could happen I thought

Then the 2nd time No Guard activated again now I'm pretty sure it's bug

I want to know if it's really a bug and if it is I want a refund for my 2 hard to find ultimate rune gem

Was looking for a different talent but...
I am also looking for a "refund" due to this ultimate rune thing. I used 3 ultimate runes and used alot of coins in breeding my S monsters over an over/filling up blessings to try and breed a monster with a different talent. I kept getting the same 2 talents over and over... 3 ultimate runes and 10 blessings/10 A+/S breeds...

some talent is really really rare to get,i myself used about 10 gems and at last i got the one i'm looking for

I have used 12 ultimate rune gems on my cygnase an only have gotten 2 different talents , I believe this is a rip off

Same problem with the runes, it frustrating and ridiculous.

You didnt checked this out with gems? Its buggy or unbalanced
Like synthezising or breeding was.
Rip off? Maybe !!
Is this Bug intentionally ? Possible !
