User does not exist.

Hi,

I have the problem, that i can not add friends in Haypi Monster. The System always says "User does not exist", but not only at one, there are more firends where i tried it.

Please help me or some tipps would be nice.

Hi there,

Haypi Monster accounts are case sensitive, so make sure you have your capitalizations and lowercases in the right places. You also cannot add someone from a different server.

No you cannot change servers, but you can choose which server you would like to make a new account on.
