i also have the same problem with syenzo..
when the update was done, i immediately made another account..
i forgot to change the username, so i was stuck with HA_??????
i didnt also update the password so i cant log in to my 2nd account..
i accidentally log out so now i dont know the username and password..

am mvgbolex22 from server 21.

so,you created another account but switch back to your original account when you haven't changed the new acc's user info?
mail support the details of you new account that can proof it belongs to you may help
