Spookie not learning sneak attack

Just leveled my Spookie to level 27 and it did not learn Sneak Attack.

Can you guys fix this?

Probably to much to ask, but maybe replace sneak attack with ambush or shadow storm

It has curse and sneak attack in the same slot at the same level so I think that's the problem. Btw nice spookie, didn't know you were breeding one lol I'm a little scared
