Encyclopedia Bug?

Recently i got my octobud to level 20 and it evolves into octomom.
However, my encyclopedia do not have the seal card beside it.
It's that a bug?

Someone on s1 was having the same problem with neon.

does it say you own him number wise (i.e. you had 50 monster and now have 51) or does it just not register at all?

i have also encountered this on my Smack , it won't register(you have 63 then 64) , although , when i used that Smack in battle , it successfully registered(with the seal card beside)
