Good Day,

This problems appears again and again: "Every third Boss, my or my Pals, disappeared from Boss Raid room".

How long can this continue...?

Neither support's help in style "reboot the device" never helped..."Never" is the keyword, that means "not once".

Today i see new bug with Bosses. Two of my pals found Boss and their counters to end was "22:00:00" and "20:00:00". When i come in Boss Raid room, in my eyes one counter changed to "1:46:00" and the second disappeared...again disappeared.

Losses, losses, losses...when you will do something? (no compensation or correction)

P.S. Sorry for double topic but i didn't receive any reply and I decide to write another subforum.

Best regards

It's a known problem that Boss Raids can disappear, there's nothing you can really do about it.
However, if a boss disappears, you don't have to wait 24 hours for a new boss to appear, you can encounter it right away.

That's not true. 5 of my friends and I, after the disappearance of Bosses, have never been able to find them in the next 24-48 hours.

Bosses become progressively easier to find when time passes. Meaning you'll find your boss pretty much instantly if you haven't played in a month, but it'll be harder right after the reset.

After 24h of Boss Cool down you normally need to search for 1-2 hours.
But if you wait more than 48h it will be much easier. After 4 days it takes just 1-5 mins.

It is clear, but when you find the boss, and he does not appear in the room - the system counts it, and in the next 24 hours can not be found
