Didn't recieve Boarbarian

I am posting this on behalf of my PAL xUrvin, which bought a Coin Package earlier today.
After succeeding the transaction, he did get the Boarbarian in his Monster Bag, but it didn't get added to his Monster Count, nor to the Encyclopedia, as seen below.





I told him to relog, force-kill the app, restart his phone, nothing worked.

His device information is: iPhone 4, iOS 5.0

[EDIT FOR ADMINS] It seems like he got the monster in his Encyclopedia after leveling it. This doesn't change the fact that it's still bugged though.

Has he/she tried to level the monster up or equip it items? I had the same problem but I don't really remember how it was resolved.

Have u try using it on battles, ladder, adventure map & pvp, try and share with me the result

Yup, just got resolved by leveling the monster, but it's still a bug .
