Daily crystal quest

Not too long ago I completed the normal mode of barren land but I still receive daily crystal quests from holy ruins. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this

It goes by player level, not your progress.

What level will the next crystal quest be available to me?

I think at 28 you get the ultimate gems task, and from there it stays that way.
