Freeze debuff

Attacks saying ,, may give it a freeze debuff"

I attack first and freeze. Right After freeze dissapears and im beeing attacked. Whats the sense? It happens everyday. It shouldnt Show up when its not freezing.

I think that's the way freeze is designed.
