BUG: inconsistency on who is to hit first

> inconsistent on some turn reg the one who should attack first... Must fixed it to the one who appears first = first move speed stat basis (unless enemy has speed boost or acc. ) for ex same monster battling sometimes the one who first attack is not the one on ur second battle then will make up on a double hit turn that shud be an alternate turn
