Purchase Coin Bug

I understand there are similar topics but I just wanted a clearer subject.

I know a few others are having the same problem. We are not receiving our purchased coins even though our payment has been deducted.
I recently bought a coin package but I didn't get any of the coins nor did I get the usual e-mail saying 'thank you for buying...'
I checked my balance and the money has been deducted from my account.

If I need to be more specific about how much I spent, when and exactly what happened, I will be. However, I have already sent a report to the support staff.

It is PARAMOUNT that Haypi employs even at LEAST 1 support staff during the weekends. You can't expect to have a coin sale and not have that - especially if the coin sale has 2 of its 3 days as Saturday and Sunday.

We need to have a quicker response than what is happening now.

My problem is its stating that purchase cannot be completed and contact itunes. I can buy apps from the appstore and there is problem with my card. This is so frustrating. I was waiting for this sale and this happened to me twice already. Please i have spend so much in this game to get vip 5 and now this. Please check this. I am so angry about this issue!!!!

if you have made a successful purchase and got the credit or balance deducted from your account, please kindly forward your iTunes confirmation letter to monstersupport@haypi.com or your in-game support, we'll check, verify and then get back to you with a solution or suggestions.

Sry we don't work on weekends, but we'll attend to your inquiries as soon as we return to our office. In the meantime, even though you didn't got the coin package creditted to your account immediately, you'll still get the coin bonus if the purchase is successfully made during the sale.

raem928 - contact iTunes Store Support. You can do it via e-mail, phone or chat messenger. They'll fix it for you straightaway! You have to log out of your iTunes account for at least 30 minutes when they said they'll fix it but it will work after that.

With regards to my problem:

Thank you very much! I got my coins and I am happy.
However, I still will suggest employing even just 1, but preferably a few, people during the weekends. These kinds of issues need to be dealt with as soon as possible as they involve real money from players.
But nonetheless, thanks! I manages to receive it when I checked a couple of hours ago. :)

Hello,

Thanks for your letter. Please quit the game totally and clear your device cache to check again. You may also submit another order but don’t pay, to see if the coins for your previous order can be credited. If the problem still exists, please contact iTunes to cancel the order and purchase again.

That is the mail that I got today. I still have not the purchased coins. What should I do???

Same here. I already sent my iTunes receipt to you guys, it is really disappointing because it involves money and it's been a while that I have sent it.

Tried everything to refresh and shut the game, didn't give me my coins yet.
