It seems odd to me that lightning gets replaced with Lightning strike. Is this an error. It doesn't follow the trend of other monsters who retain there 60 damage move and learn an aoe skill in another slot. Thanks in advance

skill unlocks at level 21:hit one opponent
skill unlocks at level 34:hit all your opponents
i thought this would explain

I'm aware of when they are unlocked, the question is about why would lighting strike be learned over lightning.

Draco learns pyroblast and wildfire
Smiter has poison petals and razor leaves

Im more calling attention to the variance (of neo) from the normal trend of skill allocation. (Such as Smiter, and Draconius)

Odd that Rhor gets lightning in slot 2 at 23 and then gets lightning strike in slot 1 at 40. So Rhor has both skills where Neon only gets 1. And considering the pain it is to get Neo's and breed them up I would say BUG.

SO AGREE. There are quite a number of inconsistencies on this game. I hope they fix this one. Neon is one of the free epics that they give out after all. So it's pretty weird to give this kind of disadvantage.

Thumbs up. My Neo isn't high enough to get Lightning Strike yet, but I have noticed the discrepancy when looking in the Encyclopedia.

I'm a bit sad for Neo that he doesn't get to keep his 60-power attack, especially since he's not so strong in the stats department. (I don't have a lightning bolt / bolt bead / whatever it's called I forgot, so I can't say how Neon's stats compare.)
