Infinite Error Messages

My game was lagging a wee bit, and after I finished doing a level of deadly desert, my reward wheel had no rewards. So I just clicked spin thinking my game would crash and restart, but no it proceeded to give me a never ending chain of error messages stating status error. no matter what I do I cannot get these messages to go away. I have restarted my game, deleted it and re-downloaded it, waited a few hrs hoping for it to sign me off, tried a different device, used multiple ways of connection(wifi/4G/LTE), but none of these methods work. Someone please help me. I have invested a decent amount of time and money into this game and it truly frustrates me that it will not work.

2. which gameplay actions you were doing when you encounter the error?
3. if you are challenging PVE levels, which level are you at when you encountered the error?
4. May I know your monsters team details if you encountered the error during a specific level challenge combat?
