Can't get more than 2000 points in PVP

way can't I get more than 2000 points in PVP,
After I reach to 2000 points I can't enter more battles(I דearching for opponent for two minutes and still not found one)

There are big problems with PvP. Each day, several people in the room get stuck. You can see it yourself: the rooms with the status of "Matching".

Technical support in the game meets once a week on the forum every 1-2 days. Few people know the way to the forum, and often after weeks of ignoring leave the game. One PvP fight and you're locked in the game at 24-48 hours. Veterans of the game already resigned, but do not want to risk a lot.

Once you reach 2000 Weekly PvP Score, you won't be able to encounter regular fights anymore against computers. You'll only find yourself facing real people from your own Server.
It's the reason why most people struggle a lot to get past 2000 Weekly Score.
