Have you double-checked to see if your caps lock wasn't active? That tends to be the case for most people. Other than that, I wouldn't know what the issue could be. Are you certain that you input the correct email account?

Have you ever retrieved it before? Reason I ask is when you started the game, maybe the email address entered then was mis-spelled or is inactive now? The only suggestion I have would be to email Haypi. monstersupport@haypi.com
Explain everything to them, and include the email addresses you think are linked to that account and the password you thought it was, or the original PW when you created the account. Basically any info the "true" owner would know and not a Hacker.
