Unable to log onto the game

The game is not working as of right now, kicked me off and says connect to network

My internet is working perfectly fine im using it right now to log here and post this.

Sadly, this happens sometimes without warning.
Give it a couple of hours to a day max and it will most likely solve itself.

I know that, is anyone having the same issue? Im still unable to log in

Hi there,

The server has been running well. Could you please restart the device, re-connect the wifi or 3g/4g network and try again.

I missed the Gold from the past 2 days because unable to log in.

That's 24 gold coins, and i have restarted both iphone and ipad and still unable to log onto the game.


EDIT: I just tried this again right now, and it FINALLY worked. But i am unhaypi that i was cheated out of event Gold and reward possibilities because of a random game isssue.

This same issue happened on both my ipad and iphone same time same day and i restarted both and continously tried to log back on every chance i got and nothing.

As koenaj says this is a recurring problem with the game. Will there be any compensation to people that had this issue during event time?

We looked into your account but found no problem to login in the game. Please check if it is Haypi Monster, and whether you have entered your username correct (case sensitive).

If it still won't work, please send us screenshot about the message you see. We will look into this for you again. Thank you.
