user does not exits

Hey hm,i can't get acces to my account after reinstalled the game. The message popup is 'user does not exits' i really need some help here,my user name is CuopMotMat. Thanks for ur support

Are you sure you added the correct capital letters?
Other than that, I suggest to remove the game from multitask (double tap the home button and remove Haypi Monsters), then log in via Game Center.

Also, after re-reading your post, when was the last time you played? We have had a Server Merge a couple of months back, and non-VIP, inactive accounts got removed.

Could you please check and confirm whether you've downloaded the correct client?

We have Google Play and Amazon versions. Any other questions please feel free to let us know.

What happened was I went in the game and went to my profile and hit new account and it said are you sure because u can only have 3 per device so I continued but today I tried to login to my original username which is dabucks14. And it keeps saying username doesn't exist. Someone please help.

We've noticed that you are in server 3203, you are a Monster Wartune player.
Please note that Haypi Monster and Monster Wartune are two seperate applications. And they are not crossed.

Please check and confirm that you've logged in from the correct client. Monster Wartune is a customized client version for one of our collaborators while Haypi Monster is our official Google Play client version.

I am also experiencing this issue. My username and password works on here but not on the application. Am using an android phone too.
