GOLD COINS DID NOT RECEIVED TO ACCOUNT AFTER BUY!!!

1. problem username and server no.
2. purchase date & time with IAP platform (Google Play or iTunes)
3. please send your confirmation letter or receipt to Haypi Support:
a) by sending inquiries to monstersupport@haypi.com;
b) by initiating tickets Help > Support in-game;
c) by sending private messages to forum support.

Just wondering but do you ignore us ???
But i shouldnt ask you, right? I am just someone dumb from the community of this Game who played this from very first start of this Game and supported you with my Feedback and Money so i should shut up cause i have no need anymore to give feedback after this Game is on your "exhausted-list".
