I try to purchase 1600 coin that is 99 usd but i cant purchase it say "ur declain to your account" but i have a money on my bank...but i try to purchase a 99 cent coin its goes in but the only problem is the 99 usd i cant purchase idk what is the problem please help gm thanks!

Try contacting itunes at iTunesStoreSupport@apple.com maybe they have your account regulated or something? Or try to call their 1-800 number ( I dont have).

Well if they have a problem about the itunes probably even 99cents coin i cant purchase.. But in 99cents i still can buy but the only problem is the 1600 coin and the 50 dollars coins too i cant puchasing...
