Hi,
Please follow the suggestion below and see if stuck can be reduced:
1. Please make sure there is enough unoccupied memory in your device, if you have too many apps, please delete some that you're not using for the time being, so as to set free more space in your device.
2. Please close all other apps under multi-tasking when you're playing Haypi Monster. Procedures are: force close/restart（Press the Home button twice so that your open apps appear at the bottom of your screen. Hold the app until it wiggles and tap the X to force-close it. ）
3.Regularly clear some cache in your device by Settings-Safari-Clear History,Clear
4.you may check your Internet,to make sure it's well connected.
If those don't work,please contact us and give your device info including OS system.
