Buy coins problem !!

i bought coins $1.28 for 9 coins , six times or seven in the game. But it's said purchase failed and cancelled and said my purchase could not be complete please contact itunes store support and waste of money in my apple id. What should i do for this problem ???

ive played this game from the start and i have not heard anybody get a refund for anything XD
