The description of cunning says it always lands after but when i was against a meniss it attacked me first with cunning.Is this a bug on the move or description?

Did you use Cunning aswell?
If not, which skill + monster did you use?

My angelo lv.44 against meniss 43 my angelo wanted to use mind bending but it got killed first

Yea, most likely a bug then.
I see no reason why Cunning would go first.
