Foresight

Hello,
Recently I started playing with the move Foresight for Dual/2vs2 games. The move is said to have 100% hit, however most of the games I miss 1 and sometimes even 2 out of 3. This is weird, as it is supposed to be 100% hit right?

Is this a bug or what? Because it costs me a lot of games.

It's said that it hits 100% at the first time, and after that there is chance to miss the target. thanks

Well I haven't used foresight before so no I'm not being sarcastic

I've never used foresight before either but it was all over the maintenance news and announcement and there were people talking about it on the forum when it happened lol
