Weird/Awkward glitch

I seem to have stumbled upon a rather unusual glitch/bug;

After getting the 10 gold coins from weekly PvP, I went to open a Blue Egg, which contained a Freezy and 3 Essences of Life.

After this, I went to Volcano-Expert2 Rush-mode 8 times and for some reason, I ended up getting a Freezy scroll off the prize wheel.

Seeing it took up space, I D/E'd it and received 1 Essence of Life.

According to Koenaj, it's impossible to obtain a Freezy scroll from Volcano-Expert, nor should it have given only 1 Essence of Life.

I hope some can shed light on this mysterious glitch.

Anyhow, I just wanted to note that you do, in fact, get 1 Essence. Fault on my side .
We've talked about this at Skype already, so I'm not really going to talk much about it here, mainly because I have no fhucking clue what caused this !
All I can confirm is that he's not at FC Vet yet and he didn't open any chests either.

It is normal for the Freezy scroll to give out only one Essence of Life, though it is odd that you received a Freezy scroll from Volcano! I will forward this information to the proper department.
