Automatically Starts New game

When i open the game i am automatically directed to New game introduction.
I have to Turn my phone Off and on in Order to try again.
And i cant get any further from trying to pic a Gender.
I dont even want to Start a New game.
Can this please be fixed ?

Did you try force closing the app? double click your devices home button, press and hold the HM icon, press the red circle. If that doesnt work you might try delete app and re install it, you will not lose any info in game.

I did that stuff
But its happened 3 times today.
Maybe its Happening to other too? Well lets see.

Does it bring you right to this when you open the app? Or is it after you press start?

Hi Kurose,

Have you tried force-closing the app, selecting My Account, and logging in? After you log in, each "Start" should immediately take you into the last account you logged in with.

If the problem still persists, please tell me your iOS device type, operating system, and whether or not your phone has been jailbroken before and I will forward the information.

Ill be quite surprised if he can never log in again

I can Login
But this sometimes happens
No schwag its right after i Click on App. Like i would Start for the very first Time.
It didnt Happen today but here is Info alisaz:
