PVP bug - Opponent run out of pp, but he win

Support please do check my pvp dual mode battle around 10:11:47 server 18 time, with tomypria9101,

its happen again while at first i tho i was seeing it wrong,

what happen is me and tomypria9101 do pvp, after some rounds, he running out of pp, while i still got plenty left, which then battle ends , but in the battle result screen its me who declared lost and got score deducted, please explain thanks
