This is so true, Jinx should give a small chance, while the poison one should give a decent chance!! This will make sense to me!!

Mhm, maybe because it will be too overpowered if it occurs more frequently. Poison point activation doesn't mean automatic win but for hypno jinx, it does usually lead to wins due to the number of turns missed by the sleeping monster.

random the sleep turn (as like Hypnosis) and increase the activation chance would be good!!!

Meniss has extremely low hp and def. he needs hypo jinx to cast more or he's out matched by every epic. He is to slow for psychics including lupa to win and hes to weak defense wise for elemental attackers
