Bead for evolving Neon Vanished after maintenance

Need help my 1 and only bead to evolve Neon Vanished arter the recent event I vas saving it to evolve my s grade now tell how u guys gonna explain this even saw it 2 days back clearing my mailbox for space now it's gone looked in my monsters it's not there either please help sent mail to support but there's no answer .

i dont know what happen but if you cant get it back veteran or expert mode chaotic swamp there are lots of beads on the spins to evolve neo into neon.
