Did not receive Advanced Skill Book Chest!

I was PVPing alot these few weeks and i had 12k honor while i was purchasing it spammed me with : "Please connect to the network" i have a Apple network and it is very quick, so i have been reading in the forum board that Lexoph and alot of people had a issue also.
