i think because you made him learn strike on the 3rd slot..
that is why your draco cant learn wild fire anymore..

the original skill on the 3rd slot is blinding smoke then when you reach level 34, it will change to wild fire..

if you changed it, your monster will not learn them naturally..

Be careful where you place your skills from books because they're permanent and won't be replaced by natural skills. That's the whole reason they put in the evolution page so that you could see when and where your monsters learn their skills.

I'm sorry but it doesn't truly say that. Well, not really. It gets cut off, saying "Be careful! Skill books might..." This does not really warn players what to be careful of.

Now that you have learnt the Strike, the only way to learn wild fire is to get a skill book of Wild Fire.
