They keep doing it, EVERYTIME I said "you'll get banned" they say "rp is about imagination, maybe you don't have one idiot" they start being rude and protest, I can't just send a lot of pics, lots of them do it, if any one is on server 604, what do I do.

Why can't you send pictures? The more proof the better!
If you can't do it yourself, perhaps ask a friend in your Server to do it?

One swearword won't get a person chatbanned, but if this happens multiple times, you can send the screenshots to monstersupport@haypi.com and that person will get either a warning or a chat ban.
