Monster properties
Actually this game need 3 new properties for getting all monster properties even. Second thing why only ghost property has unique ability not rest. Of course you have compensated this with lower stats and skills for ghost monsters. Ghost monsters should get 30% or something like that from all physical attacks and maybe more from magic. That immunity from neutral property attacks makes some monster vs player maps far too easy and is almost every neutral property monster owner teaches other properties so its pretty much useless in pvp.
X new property is strong against lightning and weak versus property Y and ice
Y new property is strong against ice and weak versus property X and lightning
Z new property is strong against Psychic, then neutral is strong against Z and Ghost strong against neutral.
Also property should have 1 very weakness and 1 not so much weakness.
Example: Fire makes 100% more damage to grass, but ice makes only 75% more.
