International Chat
Seeing how most of the Servers are dying out, I thought it'd be a great idea if we'd get a second chat!
This chat would be a chat available at all Servers, and would be used mainly for simply questions and useless chitchat.
We'd still keep the current chat for things such as Team Modes, PvP and Server related problems, but I thought it'd be nice to be able to talk with other people in-game
