Advanced Book Chests

Haypi Administrators,

I have recently gone through roughly 32 veteran/expert challenge attempts trying to get an advanced book chest. Out of these 32 times, I have gotten 1 chest and have seen one roughly 5 times. If the players of Haypi Monsters have so few attempts in a day, why do chests appear on the wheel so few times? I get the fact that they are supposed to be rare, but please make them more common if the player does the work to just try to get one. Not to mention some players have put a lot of money into the game, me included, just to be pushed away by the gameplay. Please take action on this issue.

Seems the same for me. Its always crappy gems and resurrect potions. Not much chests in expert nor books in veteran. The most in expert was 3 for 3 days. Damn.

Agree and posted kind of the same post... 10 attempts in Advance Mode saw 1 Chest once in the wheel and, of course, did not get it... Very frustrating

Wait till u finally get that chest and there's a crap skill book in there then you will know frustrated

As I said before I posted kind of the same in the Bug-forum, thinking it was a bug in the system. Apparentely it is not a bug, because I got an awnser from support saying my suggestion was taken under consideration.
So this is what I posted there and now here too:

Being so difficult to pass some veteran/expert modes and even more difficult to get advanced bookchest (it is about 1 chance in 10 of finding a bookchest in the wheel AND the odds of getting this one is 1 against 40320, meaning almost impossible and only based on LUCK; = 10% chance of finding an advanced bookchest in the wheel AND 0.0025% chance of getting it),

I do have a suggestion in this matter: Why not let us keep the veteran/expert mode attempts?
Not every day I have time to play my attempts, so if the degree is already so difficult, at least let us keep the attempts, to try another day.

It is weird because in 1.1 they have explicitly said they increased the rate of advanced book chests drop from crystal and expert modes.


Most of us observed the difference so, I personally wish they'd confirm it's a bug. It's nice that they acknowledged it but just a suggestion is weird and unlikely to be addressed.

I hope they'll give a proper reply whether or not it's a bug at all and this is how things are supposed to be.

Well, actually you (I) can go through 10 attempts in expert mode and not see ANY advanced bookchest, I did today... So chances are 0.0!!!
I think it's sad and disappointing

22 Attempts. Not seen any book.

Has no Admin or support got anything to say about that 0,2% drop rate? It's hardly impossible to earn a book chest!

I agree with all of u guys, tries for a week to get water chest & no luck
That is 70!!! Tries.
Saw some chests,once even 3 chests in 1 roll,but NEVER land on it.
What is happaning with this game, they made it immposible to get new skills
Also i love the idea to choose if u want an new ability or not, & to rearrange the skill bar
If this game won't improve by this matter, i might find myself quitting after long time playing.
Do something about it haypi!!!
Or u will lose many players like me
