No landing on the same spot in the wheel!
I understand that this topic has been brought up before, if not numerous times, but I think that this is an idea that should be implemented as soon as possible.
I am sure that we have all been frustrated by the wheel a few times before - some many more than others! I have recently read a thread where a player had to re-spin 33 times in the wheel; I feel that it is just sick that it had to come down to this.
I had to spin numerous times myself just to get to the skill book chest I wanted yesterday. Granted that I only did that once since the v1.2 update but I think it is getting too irritating landing on the same spot in the wheel more than once.
I understand it is all just luck and that they aren't forcing us to re-spin but I think our competitiveness - to try and get the best moves to be the best - is making us re-spin again and again. I think that a lot of the players who complain about re-spinning will be satisfied if we just don't land on the same spot twice. The company does make money from us re-spinning but I think that it will be a win-win situation if you implement this.
Adding this will entice people to buy coins for re-spinning. They will feel (and they do) that they have more chances of getting the item they want easily. Certainly, more players will buy more coins.
Happy players will complain less and will certainly be recommending this game to their friends and colleagues more and more.
The company will receive a lot less complaints regarding this.
I KNOW that this will be an excellent solution to the problem regarding the spinning.
Hopefully, most of the players agree with me.
EDIT:
An idea that was brought up which will make this suggestion a more win-win situation for everyone involved will be the increased payment for each re-spin.
Right now, the payment just increases by 2 coins for each re-spin - up to the limit of 10, where it will be 10 thereafter.
I believe that increasing each re-spin by 4 after the first re-spin would be an excellent option. This is a carefully-thought of answer as it is high enough to give a significant increase in the percentage of the revenue of the company but also not high enough that will discourage the players to stay away from re-spinning. I tried to find a balance between these to satisfy both parties and I believe that this is that balance.
Most players who doesn't re-spin as much only uses 2 of them at most. Therefore, this will give the company an extra 2 coins which is 2/(2+6) = 1/4, i.e. 25% increased revenue from the players who vow to re-spin a maximum of only two times - and there seems to be a number of them.
Obviously, I don't need to highlight the fact that increasing the re-spin charge rate for those who regularly re-spin.
I am sure that there has been a decrease in sales from re-spins and this idea will certainly not be detrimental to anyone's causes.
and today is a gift."
