Synth rune gems

Simple and normal rune gems are completely pointless, and I've only used one super rune gem for my champ because most talents for the rares are really bad. Since ultimate rune gems are pretty rare, it would be nice if we could synth the lower level rune gems to make ultimate rune gems, like stones in hd.

Yes, yes and yes. I have a bunch of normals and the other lower grade runes, I'm probably never going to touch them because I don't have a need to give my common or uncommon an ability.
