Fix the AI

I know it's been brought up over and over but until it gets fixed it needs to keep being mentioned. Monsters need to use weather in ladder even if they have an elemental advantage over their opponent. And we should be able to give skills a priority rating or something to help the ai pick a skill in ladder. My leviathan just got destroyed by a brawny because it didn't use rain prayer, used water instead and missed twice, giving brawny four free turns to kill me while taking 0 damage.

My Cerberus use burn and fire blast instead of SFB still -_-

Oh and my female Cerberus used seduction on a female scythe -_-

I hate my brawny when he has 30 hp left and uses sandstorm against a scythe. Not only is his last turn useless but he helps the opponent too.
