AI Improvements

Hi I have something to suggest for the future update. I've browsed through the first page of suggestions and saw some posts saying that AI's are stupid. Well, it is. Aside from using weather moves when it is not a best choice, I would like to point out that AI monsters would only use moves which are elemental advantageous towards the opponent monster (Yeah everyone knows this). For example, I had my neon learnt Ice Bullet (Ice skill) and went to attack a Plant-type monster. It can one-hit kill the Plant monster with it's Thunderstorm +2 but instead it uses the Ice Bullet which can't kill the Plant monster. My suggestion is that maybe the dev team can configure the AI to attack with moves based on the damage done, not only moves that have elemental advantage but can't kill anything. Lets flash back to the tutorial part of the game. Do you remember the tutorial saying something like "Click the Auto button to avoid wrong move chosen"? Yeah I clicked and it is making the wrong move for me. So what's the point of putting an Auto button there? I apologize for repeating this topic if there's one before me. And yeah I'm happy to have feedbacks
Re: AI Improvements
If it would be implanted like this, everyone would simply put their mode on Auto, as it makes the best decisions.
Also, I can't pressure it enough that it's extremely hard to make an AI think logical.

I don't think so. What if everyone puts their mode on auto? That would be their choice, since the result would be the same if they pressed manually. And furthermore, supplementary skills would not be applied this way. Some people like to apply skills like POD, weather effects beforehand just in case they met stronger monsters after they defeat the current one. Hence, the manual attack.
Actually this is not too hard to implement. I'm not asking the AI to be smart or logical. I'm suggesting to add another damage based factor to the attacks made by AIs. Just like now the attacks are based on element advantages. The AIs won't think, they just react based on the computed damage calculation, well since you have to compute it after the attack to minus off the HP I guess compute it beforehand isn't that hard.
Correct me if I'm wrong

I don't know the exact coding, but I doubt they act on damage calculations.
From my experiences, it is purely elemental advantages, buffs being used when the opponents element is stronger or null. Weather being casted when the opponent is stronger or null.
And by adding a new factor to the code, it would have to become smart. You can't just make a code like ''Use PoD at first turn whatever the opponent has'', that wouldn't work...
If I could get my hands on the AI codes, I would probably be able to help you out further, big if: this requires the iOS coding to be similar to computer coding
Re: AI Improvements
I get your point. I don't know about iOS coding. But I do know computer coding. This is surely possible. I made a private server of an online game before
Anyway, I'm just suggesting this to the experts of Haypi's dev team.
