Rune gem fission

We should be able to break rune gems apart in the same way we fuse them. I've had a premium rune for quite some time now and nothing to do with it, I'd much rather have 5 ultimate runes.

That's a bit excessive schwag.

However, with legendary monsters running rampant in the next version, you will need more of those premium gems!
