Advanced Skills for All
Just let All monsters Able to learn Advanced Skills.
I mean , come on Devs , Swindle an Advanced Skill? now what Epic or Legendary would you teach this? , i know this is a good skill on a Mon with Pressure but who can have Pressure? Purity Line which cannot learn it because it is a Psychic type , Skelly Line , oh wait , who has a Skelly? or better , would you actually use Vertedeath as a Pressure Stall Mon? uh? No? it's better beating the crap out of the opposing team with an offensive set.
Why would Advanced Skills be limited to Epics and Legendaries? come on , it's already enough that they have better stats , and also that Advanced Skills are very rare nowadays , starting from v1.2 up until now?.
