LADDER RANKING NOT UPDATING CORRECTLY

I have challenged some players in ladder at 20:00:00 reset time few times. That doesn't reflect on ladder ranking. Haypi need to look into it. I have taken few SS of it to prove it.

Here we go again haypi. Another ladder problem. Same issue repeating. Please explain. Before the reset time : Shadowmon was #1,Scorpimon #3,bosanac #2KNIGHTWAR #7. At the reset time 20:00:00 KNIGHTWAR challenged and won over the Scorpimon,moving Scorpimon to #7. Bosanac challenged Shadowmon and won moving him to #2. Ladder ranking showed otherwise. Basically Scorpimon somehow have challenged FROM #7 spot Shadowmon #1 spot. So Scorpimon finished #1 and Shadowmon #7???? Please explain how could this be even possible?
